(1)Company Attitude
・ To recognize the importance of our social responsibility, to respect the laws and regulations, consider conventional wisdom and to maintain a high level of management transparency or openness for information-sharing in corporate relations with society.
・ To recognize the importance of personal information, customer information and intellectual property, and to maintain all possible management system to protect them when providing our property, resources and services.
・ To undertake corporate auditing system for Yagi Tsusho corporate governance, to reinforce the audit function focusing specially on our risk management structure.
(2)Attitude as a YAGI TSUSHO Employee
・ To provide correct information in order not to cause our customers’ misunderstanding.
・ Not to entertain public employees or to give something as a gift to them in a forbidden way either in or outside Japan.
・ To obey the laws of any country where we conduct our business (including Japan) in all import/export dealings.
・ To obey such laws as anti-monopoly law in order to conduct fair business dealings.
・ To draw the line between public and private affairs and not to spend corporate assets for personal purposes.
・ To control confidential information strictly and not to leak them to others.
・ Excessive entertainment and gift-giving judging from social common sense are not conducted either by us or by others.
・ Not to have relationships with antisocial organizations.
・ To observe the company rules and not to give damage to the company with injustice.
・ To conduct daily business based on the understanding in which we will be punished when giving damage to the company with ill will or we might be punished when giving damage to the company even with goodwill or willing behaviors.

・ To make clear that the company will try to solve a problem swiftly when the problem contrary to this code of conduct occurs, to thoroughly investigate the cause of the problem, to carry out our accountability; and at the same time to make every effort in preventing its recurrences.
